Therefore, this course provides knowledge and understanding of the reasons behind challenging behaviours and a toolbox of practical, everyday ideas for good classroom management and for transforming classroom behaviours in an effective manner. All teachers require positive strategies to manage classroom disruptions and inappropriate classroom behaviours for the optimum learning of all students, and for their own professional development and career satisfaction.
