Since 2008, Bec Whitcombe has immersed herself in Early Childhood Education, specialising in children under 7 years old and their families. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UNSW and has completed both The Foundation Course and Certificate 1 Course in Steiner Education at the Rudolf Steiner College. Over the past 15 years, and continuing to the present, Bec has been actively involved in facilitating weekly Steiner Inspired Playgroups for toddlers, Rainbow Groups for babies, and Parental Education sessions.
Bec finds inspiration in the transformative power of storytelling, viewing it as a potent modality capable of healing and providing support to families facing life’s myriad challenges. Her dedication to this art form is evident in her contributions to Susan Perrow’s latest book, “Stories to Light The Night,” where she shared two healing stories.
