Summer Weekend (NEC1) – February 27 & 28

In summer we wish to celebrate the warmth, the sunshine and expand our understanding of the goodness the earth offers us.

In these workshops we’ll learn about creating seasonal tables (see link) https://sydneyrudolfsteinercollege.com/course/sas2020-october-2020-seasonal-art-studio/ We’ll also be baking bread and learning about nutrition enhanced by biodynamic processes.

Autumn Weekend (NEC2) – May 15 & 16

In the autumn we gather together to harvest the fruits of the summer’s bounty with gratitude for the nourishment the earth provides.

Winter Weekend (NEC3) – August 14 & 15
