Develop Understanding in Student Support

Introduction to Extra lesson and learning support

Course Outline

These workshops will look at the 12 senses, constitutional polarities, the 3-fold & 4-fold pictures of the individual in light of child development and how these can assist us in understanding the children we are teaching and supporting. The role of Extra Lesson® as an independent intervention and it’s role within a school’s learning support program will also be presented. The sessions will include practical activities and movements that can assist learning and the child’s overall development. It is recommended that workshop attendees come prepared to try out these activities whilst we are online.
